RiskClear was started in 2013 by John & Cecilia born out of real feedback from private hospitals about what they actually needed from a risk and quality management solution. Drawing on 20 years of experience in health insurance and working closely with private hospitals on data management, John developed RiskClear to directly address the challenges healthcare teams face every day. The result is a platform that is practical, purpose-built, and continuously shaped by the people who use it.

John O'Halloran

Business Owner & Software Developer

With over 20 years of experience in health insurance and healthcare data management, John started RiskClear in 2013 alongside Cecilia with a simple goal — to give hospitals a better way to manage risk, compliance, and quality. Single-handedly designing and coding the platform from the ground up, his deep understanding of the healthcare industry ensures RiskClear remains practical, relevant, and always evolving. John continues to lead all development and coding of the platform, and is also on hand to assist with client support.

Cecilia Foley

Business Owner & Admin/Accounts Manager

Cecilia started RiskClear with John in 2013, bringing over 20 years of experience in the health insurance industry to the business. While John leads the technical side, Cecilia keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes — overseeing all administrative, accounts, and financial operations for the company.

Giselle Latta

Client Liaison & Learning Manager

With over 30 years as a registered nurse and almost 20 years in risk and quality management in hospitals, Giselle brings unmatched clinical expertise to the RiskClear team. Joining in 2021 as National Client Liaison and Learning Manager, Giselle is your go-to person for training and support — combining real-world healthcare experience with a genuine commitment to helping clients get the most out of RiskClear.

Annie O'Halloran

Digital Designer & Marketing

Annie brings a background in digital design, UX/UI, and marketing to the RiskClear team, joining in 2024. She manages all of the company’s digital marketing, graphic design, and website, as well as leading the user interface design of the RiskClear platform — ensuring it looks great and feels intuitive for every user.
